Tuesday Night Track

Strong runners are fast runners. On this day, we focus on form with short(er) pushes so that we can monitor pace and exertion.

Thursday Night Tempo

These sessions involve sustained effort at a challenging pace to enhance speed endurance. Think 80-90%race pace at a shorter distance compared to a long run.

Saturday Long Run

It’s all about time on feet and building mental resilience. While it may seem like the hardest because of the distance, these are for you to go into autopilot.

GGC centers women and their experiences. As long as you respect the space, all are welcome.

Of course. You don’t need to be a seasoned runner to join. In fact, GGC has trained over 100 women to their first ever long distance race.
